knowledge is there. all at your your fingertip. this thing might save you lots. as for example. an item with a good quality might be sold as RM169.90 at the shop you find it. since it is a good one. known for its name and quality. you do know that the price is reasonable .but think again. if you would just go home first. check it again the item in the net. or even in the Ebay. you can see how much is it really selling. at the end of the search (if you waited and patient yourself). you would find that someone in the net is selling the same item with a lower price. how low is it? how about RM40 - RM100. that is sure a big difference in that lot of sum money.

today...
i accidently left the iron on for hours...
from around 1pm until now around 640pm...
imagine how long was that..
i never realize of it being on for that long...
how may it happen...
if...
a short circuit occur...
or anything get burned down...
i may can be considered as lucky...
lucky nothing bad happens...
only the bill may jump up...
as the long hours of the iron get turned on for that hours...

P/s: i suggest buying the auto turn off iron when it is not in used

seriously...

i feel very tired.. just now having my lab test of aquatic pollution. firstly yes, the lab test is not as easy it should be, it is soo soo hard ler.. then.. rite at the 10th minute, i accidently freeze and dozed off.. fall into asleep... zzz....
then i got woke up by a fren next to me.. then i realize back that i am in exam hall.. do you know how it feel... when its like youre sleeping nice.. wondering.. then suddenly wake up, and there you are, right in the middle of something..

soo soo tired i am..

since morning.. 830am, there i am, with my group of PGN (asas keusahawanan), doing our Expo Keusahawanan at the Mizan Hall.. our group came out with the inovation of Surimi (fish meat), we are suggesting for the use of surimi for Lekor, as surimi is far more better compared to the traditional make of fish meat due to its quality. we believe surimi is more better, (it have less fat, and more protein, in add from the leaching process)

quite nice having this expo, me and my friends were able to practice our presentation and persuasion skills. we try make people understand of what our product is. hee.. lots people come, and lots question were ask. nice nice.. and happy yes.. but also got boring - boring part also.. soo soo sleepy...

later in the evening.. got test.. there also i sleep... zzzz...

and now... do feel sleepy... this house most slept already... it think want join the also.. tmorw also got expo more.. need be there by 830am.. hope a better tomorrow..

what is the difference between this 2 words? poeple and people? no difference actually, the poeple is actually tersasul lah.. it doesnt even exist. poeple, LOL

today was my EIA group presentation, the title was the Construction Of Umt's New Campus at Lembah Bidong. sited southern part of Merang, near to the waterways of Sg Merang.

was suppose to finish the slide presentation last night.. but fell asleep ler.. make alarm also no wake up.. only wake up at 7am in the morning.. and like the presentation is at 9am.. kelam kabut wan make finish the slide.. thnk god i make it.. within an hour finish make up everything.. wow.. if you really out yourself into it, anything can be done in a short time.. and yet still, to lazy wan make your work.. wait till the last minute, then you start.. no wonder the quality not good..

eventhough we manage to finish all work in time before the due, not really puas hati.. as most question of the presentation by means of what we should do actually, we didn't do.. some of the keys in the presentations we do miss, yet thnkfully no one realize about it, hee..

still considered as a good presentation, got a good credit by Prof Kamil, saying that we put up new things as we did get few respondents from the local area, asking about their opinion upon the proposal of this project. and there is no question to our group. happy ~ as before this, all group will be ask a question, if none from the audience, surely prof kamil would ask one. but for us? prof Kamil no ask question, thats good rite? ^^

terketar - ketar nak present... good english lah sangat.. but in presentation still scared to do it.. how lah wan be good presenter like this.. how lah wan be good tutor like this.. improvement must be done.

Pantai Tok Jembal

being the students of UMT, we usually be proud of being the Uni by the side of the sea, and being that, we are proud to have our very own Pantai Tok Jembal just few minutes walk from the hostel. at the late evening around 5-7pm, UMT students are quite the usual people who would walk, and visit the pantai, resting, relaxing, and sight seing, among the breeze and splashing of the waves.

surely a nice thing to do right.

Nonetheless, the pantai itself, reflects of how our students thinks as well. being Uni Malaysia Terengganu, we tried to become one university who cared of the environment. some of the loveble environment campaign, we keep on organizing it, and Uni Malaysia Terengganu surely puts up its name on it, especially when it comes to the Marine n Coastal Environment.

sad to say, realizing about this matter, the pantai is totally not terjaga. is it clean? id say it is not, sometimes i do wonder why does people bother to have a picnic by this area, the beach is not as clean as the beach that you would expect it to be, adding it to have being by the side of a University that renown itself as Conservation Of The Environment Does Matter. surely being taken care by University students, you would expect it to be taken care by the students in that particular Uni.

Yes, some few program that consists of Beach Clean and some more of the kind does being held, but my questions would be, bout the participant, how many of the students in UMT is actually really have interest in looking onto the conservation of our environment? think for yourself, to me, the Pantai tells it all.

then i realize... when i thought the bank made an error and didnt process my fathers banked in money, it was me who didnt realize ive spent soo much in total...

think back of all the expenses ive been through... Melbourne, KL, KL, and KL, add up more with the Online Shopping, few hundreds on upgrading WKK and ADU, new Mattress, new Accessories for my VAIO, new this... new that...

OMG! where have all money went? i didnt even realize ive been spending all this money... it all started since December, this month might be the one month that ive been spending nearly RM2000 in total (in Malaysia only, Melbourne i dont want to count, dat is big difference as dat one is vacation)... wow...

huge phase occur onto me this month, and it really hits me big like this... some people eat a lot when they break up with their love me, as for me, i spend a lot for myself :'( help me ~

Finally, Im 21 Years Old.

ive finally reach the age of how one can be considered as an adult, a new world is waiting for me.

special thnx to all of my friends, who contribute in making a suprise birthday party for me, 3 birthday party to be exact, and all 3 of these were rather unexpected to happen. it was really nice and i really enjoyed it, thanx to everyone of you.fun and enjoying it is (^_^)

First Party:

With fellow MPP members, celebrate together with other MPP who born in December which are Rodiah and Zahin. meeting and discussion of report we need to put up for the trip at Melbourne Australia, Falah is keep on complaining of lapar, lapar, and lapar...

i say then kejap lagi kita pegi makan lah... tak nak tak nak... then suddenly come the cake and all the suprises, happy ~ XD

Second Party:

18th December, i asked Wani, Rad and Fuzah to accompany me to the AnW (i love the place, not for the food, but just for the environment and also the RootBeer Float). i thought just want to hangout at that night. but Wani told me that we all need to be back by 11pm to have an Audition of a Public Speaking, (Hanitha won the audition, so she is going for the Competition this 27th December at Hotel Flamingo, Kuala Lumpur)

audtion audition.. few minutes bfore the the enter of 19th December datang cake from the back, celebration with all the English Commitee members ~ XD celebrate it with also one of junior who also born in December, ^^

Third Suprise:

19th December, nothing much ahppen in this day, i took my car, and help myself with something i enjoy most, jalan jalan with "KoKo - WKK9267"

then malam tu, i came back home rather late, near 1 am jugak kot.. to tired of everything i went up startight upstairs, and into my room. rest, soo penat liao.

then Syaz Aizat come to my room and told me "Wan - ada minyak kuar dari Motor kau" so hurry up go down have a look at my motor, right after that, saw nthing.. takda apa apa pun...

"Dush" air datang simbah dari blakang.. adoi... kenakan aku rupanya.. habis smua datang.. simbah air lah.. tepung pun datang tubi tubi.. tambah lagi ngn beberapa biji telur.. adoi... dikenakan ba...really serious lah, soo bising that night, i sure macik rumah sblh smua dngr kot.. heehee.

then cake pun datang, suprise for my Birthday ~ XD

Fisheries VS Aquaculture

today sumthing come up to me in thinking wats the difference between this 2 subject. it happen in class, during a perceptive from our lecturer where he ask of how same it is between 2 of this subject.

fisheries and aquaculture.

then the session started, and a few of us were us, how it is difference? as from all others of the outside people, they see that aquaculture is in related within fisheris. but on the other hand also, wat only matters in fisheries is fish breeding, and the more better when it comes to this kind of field is Aquaculture, not fisheries students.

so one by one,

we stand with proud of who we are, we are fisheries student, so we must stand and explain where is our future, its not in aquaculture wholly. we are different.

ok, so youre different, then do tell, what are things that youre possible to do?

some of the answers were.. menguruskan hatchery, breedkan oyster, buat Udang, ternakan udang and etc, semuanya related ke arah keusahawan. also come up where the fisheries student have the advantages more, as they can be a fisheries, and they can also be an aquaculturist?

back to the question, i still see it the same as one? as aquaculture is a part of fisheries, fisheries learn aquaculture stuff, but aquaculturist know more than the fisheries in aquaculture? is it true?

now the difference we do have, a fisheries is in a wide kinda of field, from what i can think of, from what i ve understand, what we learn is so broad. we dont even have any specification in what were learning?

is dat an advantage? id say dat as a Yes.

from all my days, ive learn some certain things from Aquaculture, Marine Science, Marince Biology, Food Science, Nautical Science, Biology, Biodiversity, Management, Communication and lastly, Fisheries it self.

if i were to be ask what kind of Keusahawanan i can do?

this is what id answer, Taman Paya Bakau, Taman Laut, Taman Tasik Air Tawar, Ecotourism, thats the fisheries can bring up for keusahawanan.

we know bout the faunas available, (as in the fishes and other animals), we also know how to care for them right. so why not we make business out of it.

how can it give in profit? people now are searching back for the nature, we also look for adventure and exciting things to do and to be look at. so why not?

Kehidupan di alam universiti ini sememangnya sangat sangat berbeza berbanding dengan kehidupan kita sebelum ini. Jika dahulunya sebelum kita masuk ke alam university, tiap tiap hari kita balik ke rumah dari persekolahan, pastinya ada ibu bapa kita menunggu di rumah, memerhati dan mengawasi kegiatan aktiviti kita.

Namun begitu, di alam universiti ini, majoritinya bagi para pelajar, ibu bapa dan penjaga tentunya berada jauh dari pandangan kita apatah lagi mengawasi kita. Tambahan lagi dengan umur kita yang meningkat dewasa, kita kini sedang dalam perjalanan menempuhi peringkat akhir remaja dan memasuki peringkat awal dewasa.

Segala macam perkara yang kita lakukan kini adalah atas hak setiap individu. Kita sudah mampu untuk berfikiran matang sendiri dan hala tuju hidup kita kini semuanya berada di atas tangan kita. Segala perkara yang berlaku di sekeliling kita ini adalah atas tanggungjawab diri kita sendiri. Bak kata cogan kata Celcom, “the power is in your hand”. Memang benar pepatah ini, tak dapat dinafikan.

Niat sememangnya memainkan peranan yang besar di dalam perjalan hidup kita. Termasuk juga dalam keadaan masuk ke Universiti. Apakah sebenarnya niat kita? Sekarang kita berada di tahun pertama, pejam celik sekejap sahaja masa ini berlalu, dan sedar sedar kita, sudah tiba kita di penghujung alam university. Adakah kita sudah mencapai matlamat kita?

Dinasihati kepada para pelajar, ingatilah ibu bapa kita di rumah, begitu besar pengorbanan yang telah mereka lakukan dalam memberi kita peluang sebegini. Jika dahulunya ibu bapa kita bertungkus lumus untuk mendapatkan apa yang mereka mahukan, kini kita boleh mendapatnya hanya dengan meminta daripada ibu bapa kita. Tidakkah kita bersyukur. Ingatilah atas usaha apa kita sudah sampai di sini. Semua itu hasil daripada sokongan kedua ibu bapa kita.

Namun begitu, sekali lagi diingatkan, perjuangan ini belum selesai, masih banyak perlu dikecapi. Dan atas nama bahwasanya kita ini sudah dewasa, masa depan kita hanya mampu diubah dan ditentukan ke mana ia pergi dengan usaha kita. Andai pada hari ini kita hanya asyik dengan teman kita, kekasih kita, malah, permainan video kita, fikirkan lah di mana akan kesudahannya.

Setkan matlamat, betulkan niat, dan usahakanlah, tidak ada apa yang mustahil, kerana segalanya adalah di atas tangan kita. Kita punya kuasa untuk mengubahnya.

SRC Dialog

Student Representatives Council of UMT for the session 2008/2009

held a dialog between the SRC and also the other students. the crowd was great and i do thank you for each and everyone of you guys and gals who participated in the event last night.

basically, the event was there to give the other students chances in forwarding any of their problem and oppinions to us SRC so that we here can get the new and fresh ideas from all of you directly. no fishy business. the keterbukaan we would like to have for this year.

all the matter brought up last night have been jot down us, and actions will be followed by in the nearest time being.

the program last night, it didnt really achieved its 100%. it started well off, the mood was great, but then, suddently it gets complicated when a few started the blamming session. i really dont know why do this thing occur, but it does give difficulties for student to have dialog with the SRC.

i promise you, we are here, and we are doing what we are meant to do. we are just not really fond with all this procedures, what we have in our mind, is only one thing, that is "students welfare"

win win situation or not, i am also a student, i want what the student should be getting of. thats one of the purpose of SRC, like what have been stated in AUKU itself.

Perjuangan Belum Selesai..

salam...

rakan rakanku... perjuangan kita belum selesai... masih byk benda perlu kita buat...
dalam mpp.. kita masih baru bermula.. masih mentah.. dan masih banyak perkara perlu kita buat..
dan kita uruskan... matlamat hanya matlamat tanpa usaha.. kita mahu jadikan matlamat itu satu
realiti.. kita tak mahu hanya menjadi mat jenin.. hanya tahu berangan, tanpa usaha.. berusahalah.. jadikan impian kita satu realiti... jgn sia sia kan kehidupan ini.. jadikan lah ia penuh bermakna..

perjuangan kita belum selesai..
last night.. i face a near death experience.. the time.. where you feel that you are really weak.. we always hear where ppl said that in that current situation.. if we are too weak, and dont have the will to live, you'll be taken away.. hearing it, and facing it, is a totally different situation..

i thank you to all the civilians, who have stop and help me and my fren from that unexpected situation... i really appreciate to each and everyone of you.. especially to the pakcik that help me in support and the bacaan Quran.. that truly helps me.. it really does.. it really gives me strengh... i thank you...

alhamdulillah...
now i can still walk, and perform my task and responsibility.. i only suffer minor skin injury and yes, during the cleaning process by the hospital nurzahirah, and klinik UMT, it really hurts... i scream and yell when that doctor at the hospital pour the Hydrogen Peroxide onto my skin to clean.. oh my... that hurts the most..

huuh...
anyhow... perjuangan kita belum selesai... there is still much more to learn and to be perform...

English In Kabin MPP

last night, i went up with a new dasar (x tulis lg nih), whereas id like to obligate the use of english for the extra in any activities and paperwork done by us MPP of UMT.

i do think this is a must, as we all know our status now, that is we are only fair and not yet excell when it comes to english. this may sound weird, but we need to start now. as mahasiswa, we need to equip ourselves with the most knowledge we can gather, and English Language is one of them.

Pelaksanaan:
1. everything related with MPP, will be in English. that includes our Memo that is post up around the University, our letters whole out Malaysia, the sign in front of my door will be "president" instead of "Yang Dipertua" (same goes to the other MPP), the upcoming name cards and jacket label, and some more.

now now.. this may be small, but i do believe this small step will be something new, and mark the new wave of change (gelombang perubahan) that will be started by us the MPP of UMT, and one day.. the whole changes will be benefited by all of us, students of Universiti Malaysia Terengganu.

Apakah Itu Kem BiroTatanegara?

few weeks ago..
me and my friends, we called out for the kem BTN mahasiswa asas, whereas all of the student council whole out Malaysia who have done their campus election were obligated to be there by our High Education Ministry.

im grateful, thank you, and also appreciate for all of those who have contributed in organizing the BTN camp for us, Hal Ehwal Dan Pembangunan Pelajar KPT, BTN Ulu Kenas, BTN Terengganu, Uni Malaya (for the Bus), Our Beloved UMT, Mr Haji Rafee, and also to all of those who have contribute to the success of this progamme.

id say me and my friends have make many new friends.. from UMS, UMK, UMP, UPSI, Unimap, Utem, and UUM. all were great and its good to know that these students have the same goals with us. i pray that Allah will gave us more guidance in our unity so that all things we are going to do will be together and for that, we can accomplished more.

BTN:

there, we were given many course and slot of ceramah and LDK, whereas most of the course here all related on building our self motivation in loving our country more while we should also be aware on the current situation nowaday in our country, so that we can keep the peace and harmony we have now.

now the question would be.. how would we want to improve this camp??

1. id say we must reduce number of this implementation hours for one slot with this use of many energy. in my previous camp, they have this 3 slot of kembara, where we "berakit at Sungai Perak" and also one where we kembara into the jungle, walking back to our Kem Ulu Kenas.

most of the participants are exhausted with all these long hours where we push our energy to reach the goal by means the end of the line. the time we are there, we suffer minor pain, cramped and yes, we are all tired of it.

thinking about this back, the thing that pop up is that, how on earth are we going to improve and gain the knowledge you all are providing us with when most of us are tired. i even slept in the kuliah maghrib. i never wanted to, because i am paid to be here in this camp, and learn something so that i can give back to the other student. but my body just cant deal with it, and i suddently doze of during the "pemberi tazkirah" is talking.

again, i suggest that the hours we carry out the kembara slot should be reduce so that more knowledge can be gain effectively by all the participants. we all know, even lecture slot and LDK uses lots of energy as more blood is used up into our brain for us to think.

2. i guess, in my opinion, i think when all the participants here, are all student representatives council, we should focus more on the students issue and welfare, compared to the other issue. what is the other issue? i think all of you can think what is it.

thats it.. my ideas regarding the BTN, but the best part of it, surely getting to know new friends.. especially.. (hehehe)

3rd Sem Result Is Out

The exam result is out… my 3^rd semester exam in my campus life..
Eventhough ive done quite well in the past 1^st and 2^nd exam..
Sadly it turned out the other way in my 3^rd sem..

Ive only get 2.87 this semester, pulling my PNGK down to 3.31. oh my…
I guess.. this is what happen when you failed to manage your time properly…
Last minute to submit report, sleeping in class, and to lazy to help yourself..
Huuuh… al of those things leading you to failure…
Eventhough you know the subject is difficult..
still nothing in progress to improve your score..

Just as we can see from the result…
Ive got the 1^st ever “D” in my campus life…

how can we control the weather? we cant, deal with it.

Tips On Biking In The Rain.

1. Make sure you keep your headlights, taillights and indicators clean. In heavy rain you can become almost invisible if your lights are dim. By keeping them clean on a regular basis, you can ensure you are seen at all times and your visibility need not be an issue.

2. Wear fluorescent clothing. A cheap hi-viz tabard, or vest, can easily be obtained from motorist stores, or supermarkets. You might want to think about wearing one at all times while riding, but even more so in heavy rain when visibility is highly reduced.

3. One of the most important things to remember, when biking in the rain, is to leave plenty of room between you and the person in front. Normal braking distances are highly extended in the wet, and the only safe way to avoid braking too late, and hitting the vehicle in front, is to ride a good distance behind it.

4. Avoid riding on road markings or manhole covers. Motorbike tyres have very little surface area in contact with the road, and need to keep as much grip as possible if the bike is not to skid. When the weather is inclement, and the roads are wet, painted road markings, or large metal slabs, will give no grip at all. This can become a problem if the markings aren't flush with the road, or you cross manhole covers on bends.

5. Take corners slower than normal. Some of the most exhilarating experiences on a bike are had when negotiating roads with plenty of bends. However, this exhilaration can soon turn to fear if the road is wet and you end up losing grip, getting into either a highside, or lowside, spill. When the weather is nasty it is safer to take bends slower than usual, staying more upright on the bike.

6. Clear your visor regularly. For those who wear crash helmets, the biggest problem with riding in a heavy downpour is visibility due to rain on the visor. This can either be wiped away with your clutch hand, or, one of the best tips I've been given, is to turn your head to the side slightly for a few seconds, and let the wind blow the excess moisture off. Either way, you need to keep your visor as clear as possible to avoid any danger.

7. Probably one of the most vital precautions to take, when riding in the rain, is to think well ahead. On a clear road it can be tempting to open up the throttle, and blast away. But the rain can make this the most treacherous thing to do. In order to stay safe you need to keep concentration, read the road correctly, and be prepared for all eventualities.

Riding a motorbike in the rain can be as safe as riding one on a clear, sunny day. You just have to think about the road conditions, and riding style, a bit more than usual. Ride sensibly, and your pride and joy will keep you safe in any weather conditions.
